How does it work?

Dietary supplement "OMEGA 3" contains fish oil from Icelandic varieties of fish, rich in omega-3 fatty acids, in particular eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). The advantage of fish oil from Icelandic varieties of fish is a much higher content of exactly these two omega-3 fatty acids in balanced ratios (180 mg EPA and 120 mg DHA per 1 g of supplement), which cannot be synthesized by the human body and must come with food. But their content in food products is very low and the content of omega-6 fatty acids is excessively high. In the case of an excess of omega-6 fatty acids in the diet, which is characteristic of the majority of the population, the body is not able to absorb EPA and DHA.
