Privacy policy

1. The data provided by the Buyer are confidential and cannot be transferred to third parties, except for cases provided by law.

2. The Seller collects Buyer’s personal data exclusively for order processing and providing information on its status, and participation in the Seller’s advertising campaigns.

3. Personal data of a Buyer are processed exclusively in the understanding of Law of Ukraine “On personal data protection”. Such data according to the legislation requirements regulating legal relations related to personal data protection are stored, processed and used within the framework of all legal relations arising between Buyer and the Seller. All legal relations related to processing and personal data protection are regulated by the relevant legislation.

4. Providing personal data on the Seller’s Website when placing an order, Buyer gives voluntary consent to the Seller to processing, use (including transfer) of one’s personal data and other actions provided by Law of Ukraine “On personal data protection”, without term of validity of consent.

5. Buyer is obliged not to disclose the information received from the buyer. Providing the information by the Seller to counter parties and third parties acting on the basis of an agreement with the Seller including fulfillment of obligations before the Buyer is not considered as an infringement, as well as in cases when a disclosure of such information is established by the current legislation of Ukraine.

6. The Buyer expresses its consent to the processing of personal data when placing an order on vitalita.com.ua, that is, when buying goods or participating in advertisment campaign of the Seller in accordance with the rules for conducting such events.
