How does it work?

"ORGANIC OMEGA 3" food supplement contains microalgae oil rich in omega-3 fatty acids, in particular eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which belong to eicosanoids - hormone-like substances with a powerful regulatory effect on the body. The advantage of seaweed extract over fish oil is the much higher content of exactly these two omega-3 fatty acids in balanced proportions (250 mg EPA and 750 mg DHA), which cannot be synthesized by the human body and must be supplied to the body with a food.

Ingredients

Algal oil (from Schizochytrium sp algae), capsule (humectant (glycerol), gelling agent (carrageenan)), antioxidants (mixed tocopherols, rosemary extract). THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT CONTAIN ANY ALLERGENS.

EPA (250 mg) and DHA (750 mg) per daily dose.
